Before you order
How does the box open?
Lift off the clear acrylic lid, then turn the top. The rose turns away and the necklace is waiting on a velvet tray underneath.
What can I engrave on the necklace?
One word or name on each heart, up to 10 characters per heart. You can use letters, numbers, Roman numerals and simple symbols (♥ ❤ ♡ ✿ ❀ ✽ ✪ ★ ☆ ☘ ☾ ∞). Emojis aren't supported.
Ideas: initials (A♡B), two names (Emma | Ross) or a phrase split across the hearts (Forever | & Always). Engraving both hearts is included in the price. Prefer plain hearts? You can skip the engraving when you build her gift.
Can I choose the font?
There's no font to pick. Every necklace is engraved in the same classic serif lettering, along the edge of each heart. You see a live preview before you order. Short words stay the easiest to read.
How long does the rose last?
It's a real rose, preserved to keep its fresh-cut look for years. It needs no water and no sunlight. Just keep it in a cool, dry spot.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship from the USA the next business day. US orders arrive in 1–5 business days, Canada in up to 7 business days, and other countries in 5–10 business days. You'll get an email with tracking when it ships.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us within 3 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Each necklace is engraved just for you, so personalized orders can't be returned for other reasons. Need to change something? You can cancel or edit your order within 4 hours of placing it.
What comes in the box?
The rose box with its clear acrylic lid, a preserved rose (one or four), the gold interlocked hearts necklace on a velvet jewelry insert, a red gift bag with rope handles and a protective shipping box.
