Yes. We ship worldwide: if you can select your country at checkout, we can ship there. The roses travel in a secure box, so they reach you safely wherever you are.

Roses, rose boxes, jewelry and keepsake books: orders ship the next business day. US orders arrive in 1 to 5 business days, Canada in up to 7 business days, and other countries in 5 to 10 business days.

Custom gifts: the Corazon Video Box, Custom Map Plaque, Love Story Magazine and Museum of Us are made just for you, so we need up to 5 business days to make each one. Then US orders arrive in 1 to 5 business days, Canada in up to 7, and other countries in 5 to 10.

While your order is being prepared, watch your email for updates (check promotions and spam too, and search for Corazon Gift Co.). Once it ships, you can track your order here.

With Apple Pay, your order emails go to the email saved on your Apple Pay account (your Apple ID), which may not be the email you use every day. Check that inbox, plus promotions and spam. To track your order, enter that same email.

One of two things usually happened:

Your order didn't go through, but your card shows a charge. The card's billing address didn't match (a failed address check), so the order was declined. Your card issuer releases the charge within 24 hours. Next time, use the billing address connected to your card.

Your order went through, but no email arrived. Check promotions and spam. If you paid with Apple Pay, check the email on your Apple ID. Still nothing? You may have typed a different email: write to help@corazongift.com with the name on your order.
