Will it look like the preview?
Yes. There's no proof step: what you design here is exactly what we make, with the map, the pin and your words right where you see them. Give the spelling and the date one last look before you add it to your cart.
Can I change my design after I order?
Yes, until your order goes into production. Email help@corazongift.com with your order number as soon as you can. Once we start making it, the design can't be changed.
What is it made of?
Premium clear acrylic that resists shattering. Your design is printed right onto the acrylic, not added as a sticker. It's waterproof, so it's fine indoors or outside, and it wipes clean with glass cleaner.
What sizes are there?
A5 is 5.8 × 8.3 in, A4 is 8.3 × 11.7 in and A3 is 11.7 × 16.5 in. Tap Size guide in step 4 to compare them.
What can the words say?
You write a title (up to 30 characters, or pick one of our ideas), the place name (up to 60 characters) and the date. You can turn the date off, show the coordinates, and pick the font.
How do I put the pin on the exact spot?
Search an address, a venue or a city. Then tap Adjust pin and drag it to the exact spot. You can also type coordinates, like 40.7829, -73.9654.
Which shapes and map styles can I pick?
The map can be a square, a rectangle, a heart, a circle and more, in one of 8 map styles. You can also change the pin's shape and color.
Which stand should I choose?
Pick light wood, clear or black to stand it on a nightstand, desk or shelf. Or choose No stand and hang it on a wall with the clear sticky dots that come with every plaque. You'll see each stand on your plaque in step 5.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each plaque is made just for you, so we need up to 5 business days to make it, and we check it before it ships. Then US orders arrive in 1 to 5 business days, Canada in up to 7, and other countries in 5 to 10. You'll get an email with tracking when it ships.
What if it arrives damaged?
If anything arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
