How do my videos get on the box?
Pick them right on this page before you add to cart. They upload with your order, and the box arrives loaded and ready to give.
What's the difference between Regular and the Netflix Edit?
Same box, same 36 roses. Regular takes 1 to 3 of your videos or photos. The Netflix Edit takes 3 to 5.
What files work best?
Videos or photos, up to 256 MB each. The screen is wide (16:9), so videos filmed with your phone sideways fill it best.
Can I upload content myself?
Yes. You can upload your own content using the included USB cable. The video box comes with step-by-step instructions on how to upload and update your videos.
How long does the battery last?
The battery lasts for several hours of continuous playback and goes into standby mode to conserve power when not in use. The video box includes a rechargeable 1500mAh battery and a charging cable.

This gift comes fully assembled and loaded, so you can send this directly to that special someone!
Where are you based and where do you ship to?
